As of January 2025, the PREZODE community includes over <a href=\"https:\/\/prep.prezode-initiative.org\/en\/our-members\/\">250 <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/prep.prezode-initiative.org\/en\/our-members\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">members<\/a> and observers from scientific, academic, and associative sectors, encompassing the governments of 30 countries: Belgium, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cameroon, Costa Rica, Chile, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominica, The Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Gabon, France, Guinea Conakry, Congo, Haiti, Laos, Madagascar, Mexico, Morocco, Panama, The Philippines, Senegal, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Vietnam, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coordination and synergies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Through its community of practice, PREZODE improves coordination and synergies, and promotes the sharing of lessons learned and best practices. It strengthens and integrates knowledge, innovation, capacity building, and operational actions. PREZODE deploys academic research, cross-sectoral collaboration in the field, and the engagement of operational actors on the frontline of epidemics, considering both livestock and wildlife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> International cooperation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Members and collaborators of PREZODE endorse its <a href=\"https:\/\/prep.prezode-initiative.org\/en\/vision-mission-and-values\/\">core <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/prep.prezode-initiative.org\/en\/vision-mission-and-values\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">values<\/a>, as stated in the Declaration of Intent. They are therefore committed to the initiative\u2019s global goal: preventing the emergence of zoonotic diseases in complex socio-ecosystems through international collaboration, knowledge sharing, and guidance for public policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Initiative reinforces its dynamics by enrolling new members, which enhances engagement and ensures efficient.
